We can start work anytime between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., then work our 8 hrs. What's really nice is... you don't even have to call in late if you plan to be here by 9.

You have no idea how true this is Mary. There was a number of times I had no idea why my ex was crying. It wasnt anything I did, but I never knew for sure. She would give me "the look" (touch me and I'll rip your head off). What made matters worse is after several times of getting the look, I wouldnt respond at all, in fear of my life. That only made her cry more because I was acting insensative to her needs. Women need to make it clear as to why theyre crying or upset. We cant read your minds, and if men guess wrong, were dead meat. If were getting the silent treatment, all we can assume is we did something wrong, even if we have no idea what it could have been, or when it happened.
