I think that now it’d make sense to shove aside that damned Alaska vacuuming bucks like black hole. Let it be or “present” for Russians. This would be a bargain just with the profit quickly go into the nearly empty state coffers. Moreover Russians have enough money to manage it. Russian oligarch Abramovich bought soccer club ‘Chelsey’. Alaska is no challenge for him and other Russian tycoons. Russians don’t know where to invest money. Let them invest into that Balck Hole. I hope this would weaken Russia which seems to be taking off recently (that’s no good imo).
As I know journalists have calculated approximate Alaska’s price - $1billion. Selling of Alaska is inevitable. Let’s make happy the one deserving the “honor”. Who else? Chinese have got really voracious appetites. But they would never get involved into it. Unlike Russians they have no historical affection for this snowy Black Hole.
