this board is for all wrestling fans, of all the wrestlers out there most people would agree that hulk hogan and ric flair are the biggest legends of them all and i respect this for everything they have done in the squared circle. Now, i'm asking all wrestling fans out there NOT INCLUDING HULK HOGAN OR RIC FLAIR, who do u think is the second greatest legend in wrestling??? and here is my vote, i would say that the undertaker is the secod greatest legend because he is a 4 times world heavyweight champion, harcore champion, tag team champion, but his biggest trophy its his undefeated record of 15-0 at wrestlemania. this is why i say that the undertaker is the second greatest legend out there. Now, i want to know the opinion of every wrestling fans out there!!!!! who do u think is the second greatest legend???

I know this is old and I shouldn't bump it, but I think you are a dork for not including women. I know that women are newer to wrestling, but you can't underestimate what they've done for the sport. My favorite is Trish Stratus, she is Canadian and 5'4" and a 7 time champ and smoking hot. I just heard yesterday she's gonna be on a reality show called Armed and Famous on CBS. Anyway it's good to see other wrestling fans.

Sting, always my favorite....but the undertaker surpasses him in the sense of a legend.

Did anyone see Trish on Armed and Famous last night? She's hardcore! She's the only one of the cast that got tased the real way, with the probes, and she was tased longer than everyone else. They even showed them pulling the fish hook probes out of her back... ouch. I wonder if people who go into wrestling have a higher pain tolerance and need for stimulation physiologically?

I don't know much about professional wrestling, but from limited reading I learn that they are basically very well-trained, atheltic entertainers. Almost all fights are scripted beforehand, to the point of sometimes a series of fights are scripted to build up drama (revenge, rivalry, dethroning a dominant player etc) for a climax battle. I am not sure about multiple seasons, but it seems possible even entire seasons are generally scripted out beforehand. I read that a wrestler who doesn't go with the "story" is basically breaking the rule.
These wrestlers are obviously atheletic and normal people can't do what they do in the ring. But if a fighting sport does not involve two fighters really trying to kick each other's ass, I find it boring. :(

It's become all about the story line...that's what half of wrestling is anymore.
