I saw it on opening night with a group such as that and it was a blast.

Six bucks? Where can you get into a movie for only six bucks? I pay senior price on Long Island and it is six fifty. I'll bet you pay less than three and a quarter for a gallon of gas too.

I'm with Frogger on this one...I think adult prices are $8.50 around here. Of course you'd have to be pretty bored to pay $8.50 to see a movie titled Snakes on a Plane.

Here a movie is about $7, and on Tuesdays is $5. As for the gas prices it's 2.60 today, so I filled up. : )

If I wait a few weeks or so, once all the hype has cooled down, I can go see it for $1.50. I'd rather do that...thank God for small town theaters.

By the way, Evil homer, I'd like a SOAP shirt....XL size please! :P

When we go to the movies, we always go early in the day to take advantage of the $5.50/ticket prices. That way we spend roughly equal amounts for admission & snacks.
