I read this article and got sick to my stomach. Then i got to wondering how many of you out there would actually buy his book. His claims of race, drug abuse, and psychological disorders seems a bit contrived to me, but how bout you guys? http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/Northeast/05/19/blair/index.html

Yeah, there's no way I'd touch that guy's book. What a load of *^&*. If you make up a bunch of BS and then publish it, there's no excuse for your actions....period.

Why does it seem like everytime there is a black person involved in an incident, it becomes a racial issue?

This should be simply a case where a journalist does something wrong and gets fired. Instead he is trying to use "the race card" to make some money. But i dont blame him exactly, i blame anyone who would actually buy his book and perpetuate the practice of allowing someone to shout racism when there is none.

Yet another example of "don't blame me, it's not my fault", regardless of racial identity. Not a book I would purchase.

He is just trying to make a quick million and keep his 15 min. of fame. Even if he does have a book how would anyone know if it is true.

I guess he's going with. "HA, you have to read my book first to see if it is a load of BS, I'll make money anyways!! HA!!" Yay for capitalism!
