I don't know if any of you can help me with this, but I'll give it a shot.

My friend and I are working on an idea for a television show. We already have the show outline, a pilot script, and we're working on getting it animated. My question is, How exactly do I go about pitching the idea in the miniscule hope of making ungoldy amounts of money?

If anybody has any expertise in this, it would be greatly appreciated.

What seems like a great idea to you might actually suck. You can't really be objective since this is your baby. Try it out on a local audience to see if they like it. If it is geared toward children try it out on them. If, as I suspect, it is geared toward teens, try it out on them. If you get positive feedback you have something to bring to the table if and when you try to negotiate a deal.

It's kind of geared toward stoners. That's why I like the idea of selling it to Adult Swim. :)
