Does anyone here know what kind of suit that is that he is wearing and where I can find one (For those that don't know who Jet Li is, he is the one wearing blue)

They seem to be Mandarin suits, an example:

It looks like what is called a Mao suit, an outfit made popular by Chairman Mao but that has actually been around in China for a long time.

Here is a picture of Sun Yat Sen wearing one in 1917.
