I am glad at least to have it out in the open; that you, like every other superstitionist I have ever spoken to, when talk turns to specifics of this metaphysical friend of yours, will retreat to meaningless inanities like --"My god is EVERYWHERE"It seems that Real Sorceror has a pantheistic view of god, in which case his god would indeed be everywhere. Not everyone believes that god is an entity separate from everything else. There are many beliefs about god that are outside the Christian Bible, and if you're going to argue against the existence of god then you're going to have to take them into account.

Ah, well let me explain this a little better. I don't mean to say that God has some sort of magical ominpresence. When I say He is "everywhere" I mean that everything is part of His substance. All physical things are part of the divine. You could say that the smallest part of an atom is God. That probably still sounds crazy to you, but thats to be expected.

It almost sounded like you believe that your god does not have any impact on the world, is that how you view your god?
Yes and no. He works via natural means, and for the most part His influence is very suttle. He does not perform miracles or interfere on a large scale.
It is a positive presence in their lives and (properly observed) harms no one. It's not for you, and it's not for me, but why shouldn't others believe it?

I think, that some are very uncomfortable with their own lives.
Some people may be jealous of those that are comfortable.
I am glad for anyone that attains inner peace by a means that does not interfere with the well-being of another. To see-an order to what appears to be disorder-is quite an accomplishment, whatever the method.

Peace of mind and joy in living I think means success on an individual bases as well as for those around them.
