Well what format are they sending you the stuff in? I take it they ain't images? Considering this place accepts most normal image formats (eg; jpg, gif, png, bmp)

If you are using photobucket, down in the right hand corner is a 'Convert to html' link. Once you hit that, you'll see boxes under each pic. Right click and copy the one with [img] tags to post a pic here or on most forums.

You can change the extensions, you know?
Right click on your picture in your documents and click 'edit', which opens it up in paint.
Then go under file and 'save as'.
a new box will open.
Click the second slot under the description, and it will allow you to save it as *jpeg, *tiff, *gif, etc.

Theres a few different ways to do it. I use picture it, it has a resize feature.
Heres a free download to Picture Resize Genius 2.6.

I haven't used this but I did use GIMP before which both will resize batches of pictures for you at one time.

Also photobucket has a resize format that works good.

If you are getting things with .htm thats a webpage, not a picture. Right click on the picture and choose save.

Or right click on it and choose "view image"... Then use that link.
