If fitzgerald had any evidence that rove was involved in leaking the name you'd think he'd have been indicted. But....... he wasn't.

I missed where it has been established that anyone has been involved in the leak. You'd think that if it had been established fitzgerald would have handed down the indictment. It is going on three years now that he's been looking at this and all he's got to show for it is that maybe libby lied.
