If Frogger's so rich, why doesn't he buy a decent toup instead of that rat-pelt rug he tries to pass off as his own hair?
He killed that in 68-reversed over it in the driveway. Bet ya didnt know his hair used to be caller 'Tiddles'.

It'd also be nice if the color matched his sideburns, which are powdered white.
But yet.....A black rug and white sideburns COULD be the next fashion statement amongst the old, the decrepit, and the senile.
You seen Frogger?

Me too, paul. Think of the $$ we'd save.
Ah well, there's worse things a person can do with their bod.
paulc
01-23-2008, 02:37 PM
Yeah-but you dont pay $10 a packet.
$20 a day going up in smoke-its reading some of the crap posted here does it :D
rendova
01-23-2008, 02:42 PM
Ten bucks a pack--wow.
Is it hard to, uh, steal them????
We pay about $3 a pack.
paulc
01-23-2008, 02:48 PM
Well the brand I smoke costs £5:20 a pack-say $10.
Two packs a day.
Now theres no problem buying smuggled packs, brought in from the Canaries,
they're just the same thing-under the counter they cost £3-$6.
Chinese ones, which taste like shit, in fact thats what they may actually be, same $6-but I never touch em.
rendova
01-23-2008, 02:51 PM
There used to be a lot of smugglers coming in to our state to buy cigs, but since the dummy governor, Mitch Daniels, raised the tax, we don't have that extra revenue anymore.
NO MORE HIGH TAXES ON CIGARETTES!!!!!!!
I am tired of funding all the stuff for the government!!!!!!!!
rendova

PS I will vote for any candidate for President who promises to lower the cig tax to 3 cents per pack.

Cigarettes are big business in Ireland.

Expect a big planeload soon, in exchange for some Waterford crystal and a tablecloth. We got to help each other out here.

01-23-2008, 02:59 PM
Good idea.
Heres an example:
A friend of mine goes to Tenerife or Lanzarote once every 3-4 months for a week self catering.
Costs about £200-thats for flights and room.
He buys an extra large suitcase while there and stuffs it full of cartons of cigarettes which cost about £1:80 a paack in a Tobac shop.
Never gats his bags checked on coming home-the cigarette pay for his holiday, all he needs is spending money. :)

Paul,
While 8 Mile is the most famous of the Michigan Mile Roads the numbers run from 0 Mile all the way up to 37 Mile and some are even 1/2 miles like 8 1/2 Mile, 10 1/2 Mile and 19 1/2 Mile. I have driven 8 Mile and it wasn't all that bad.
MichelleG.
01-27-2008, 01:03 PM

01-27-2008, 01:10 PM
Frogger.....before I moved to where I live now in No Wheresville...I lived in Shelby Twp which borders Utica and I have never seen a road called 19 1/2.
Unless it's one of those roads like Wattles Rd or Big Beaver Rd (stop laughing) which are really 16 and 17 Mile Rds.

It's just that any fiction regarding vampires is utterly stupid. Excluding Dracula, I have yet to come on a book or work of film that shows any characterization of a vampire.

The only one I've ever seen was the one with Winona. Maybe it's the same? I don't know.
Contributing to my hatred of vampires is a series called 'Twilight.' It's about a vampire named Edward who falls in love with some human girl. However, he doesn't know what to do because he also wants to suck her blood.
Thus, vampire novels are junk. However, this Edward character is a rage with all the girls. Maybe I'm jealous. Bite me.
