I collect frogs, frogs, and more frogs. I must have a couple hundred. I have at least thirty down in Florida and hundreds up here on Long Island. Ceramic, crystal, wood, leather, real stuffed ones, glass, pewter, silver, what ever material they can use to make frogs, I have.
I started collecting turtles too but it just got too expensive. The frogs cost enough to collect.
I also collect stamps I have an album of U.S. stamps, one of first day covers, and a large album of worldwide stamps but I collect mainly Germany, German Colonies, German Occupation Stamps and countries that occupied Germany after the war.
My other collections are beer steins and beer coasters. I have only about forty or so steins but hundreds of coasters, mainly from the States and Europe. Kind of funny since I don't drink except for non-alcohol beer.

The frogs are spread throughout the house and yard. Some are in the den, some are in my office, some are in my basement, there is even a frog butler in the living room. There are lots of frogs peeking out from under hostas and from amid beds of lilies and even some in and around the fish ponds. There is no way to round them up to take a picture. Thanks for the offer anyway.

paul, my wife and I are going to Australia and New Zealand for a bit more than a month in mid-October. I understand the cane toad, along with the rabbit is a prime example of why you do not import plants or animals into a country willy nilly. I won't bring back a live cane toad but I do hope to get either a stuffed one or a figurine of one.

I started collecting both frogs and turtles. I figured there wouldn't be too many of them so it wouldn't be all that expensive a hobby. Boy, was I wrong. I have frogs in my collection that cost hundreds of dollars. I have some Spode, Swarovski, and others that are kept safely in a cabinet. I once paid $50 to have a rather large frog figurine shipped from Hawaii to Long Island.
I have a few good turtles in my collection. I have one I especially like. It is a bartop spitoon. It is brass and hammered tin and if you press on the head the shell lifts and exposes a little bucket to spit into. I have sterilized it and use it to hold bar nuts or M and M's.

I collect illegal migrants, about 10 million or so in my collection. I can't afford a cage or food, so I let them roam free. :D

What live ones do you have--also, paul, please explain more about the rubber bullets.
I was only a kid when all the shit started here, over the years, the British Army used to fire 'rubber bullets'to control riot situations,I think they were supposed th shoot them into the ground,so thetd bounce up and strike people, unfortunatly the British used to fire them at peoples heads,at point blank range, killing some maiming many, anyway, after riots the streets were littered with them,so I used to go round picking them up...
