Or as we like to call it,,,,,,

Butty Week....:D

Ok,,,id like to know what your favorite sandwich filling is !

Also,,,,,id like to know how u make them..

Do u use sliced white bread,,,,,,,,,wholemeal,,,,,a barm cake,,,,,,a crusty french stick ????

Im not really into lots and lots of fillings or salad stuff on my butty,,,,,,,im quite plain.......

At the moment i like plain simple Ham Barm cakes,,,although u cant beat a bacon butty with HP ;)

Around here ...it is oven roasted turkey salted and peppered ............with mayonaise and lettuce .........on a good whole wheat or multigrained bread.

I have to admit though .....I love a good corned beef with mustard and cheese ............or ......throw a little krout on it .....on a light rye bread.

Some of the best sandwiches come from our local Publix grocery store.

However, when forced to make one at home:

Toasted 7 grain bread
Weber's Horseradish Mustard
Thinly sliced roast beef
Thinly sliced corned beef
Medium sliced colby-jack cheese
Thinly sliced Vidalia onion
Medium sliced fresh tomato.

Handful of Ruffles. A couple of quarter sliced dills. Fridge full of beer.

I do occasionaly...if there's no other fillings in the house, but they're so boring, I like the way the different flavors and textures mix...mmmmm....I think I'm drooling now :p
