Whats going on down Puerto Rico way,all the public workers are off,aint no money to pay them,just the police and emergency services,no schools no garbage collection no Gov. Departments,nothing.BBC has reported theres a deficet of 740 million dollars,but they wont agree a budget with congress,is it usual for state or regional govs. to barter for and budgets they get,in the current climate,I would have thought Puerto Rico would have been glad,jusr to have special privelage within the USA.
