Georgian president Saakashvili punishes
she-opponents with sexual abuse

Once again Saakshvili's Georgia proved to be a country where freedom of speech and human liberties are a mere sound. It is perhaps the only country in the world where being an independent journalist may be perilous making you subject to profanation (especially if you are a she-journalist).

For example, Inga Grigolia. She is a symbol of the desecrated freedom of speech in Georgia, a member of Women's Democratic Union of Georgia and Georgian Union of journalists and a host of a popular political show "Imedi" on Imedi independent TV channel who last year had a dreadful experience of sexual assault by Saakashvili. Inga rounded on Georgia's president in her shows and had to pay for it with her woman's honor. Afterwards she tried to take out a process against Saakshvili but her boss, Badri Patarkatsishvili - the owner of Imedi channel and close friend of Saakashvili, forced her to renounce it and dismissed her shortly.

Another key character and mass media freedom fighter is Shalva Ramishvili, founder of oppositional TV channel 202, host of talk show "Debate" and a most prominent and authoritative Georgian journalist. He got busted for an intention to air self-maid damning reportage uncovering clandestine dealings of Saakashvili and his right hand Koba Bekauri.

Of course, these two events are not the only ones to illustrate the tight situation in Georgia concerning freedom of speech liberties of people but they are perhaps most vivid. Saakashili is a real tyrant that MUST not be a president!

I don't know how they survive being predominatly Christian in an aggressive Islamic neighborhood. Azerbajan wants a trans-Islamic empire over Russia. Turkey killed millions of Armenians because they were Christian.
