Sometimes at a lower negotiated price, but you still have to pay it back. With the recent changes in personal BK law, youre stuck paying back the same as if youre a business.
So I guess the answer is guilty. And yes, I had to go through it 18 years ago. It's not a pretty sight.

It just seems that some people get off more easily than others. Or at least they claim to. Makes me curious as to how it all works.
