Happy Valetines Day Sal,
I dont know how Canadia works, but if its a business BK, it's usually restructuring to protect your assets, and you have to pay it back. Sometimes at a lower negotiated price, but you still have to pay it back. With the recent changes in personal BK law, youre stuck paying back the same as if youre a business.
So I guess the answer is guilty. And yes, I had to go through it 18 years ago. It's not a pretty sight.
Did you forget to tell someone Happy Valentines Day today?
~Sal~

Guilty, but I will be absolved in a sec hopefully....Happy Valentines Day Ride4Life :D
It just seems that some people get off more easily than others. Or at least they claim to. Makes me curious as to how it all works. I'm not a big financial risk taker so there's a part of me that quite admires it right down to losing it all and building it back up. I just kinda stay level and like to be debt free.

Not Guilty, but let me explain. I've been in a few situations that could have easily ended in my demise, but I knew in my mind that the outcome would not result in that, so I had no reason to worry. If I were in a predicament where the end was inevitable, then maybe I can honestly answer the question. And if that were the case, why would I fear it? I should embrace it as a fact of life.
