I know I'm new & everything but I was really wondering why there isn't any topics relating to pets, dogs specificaly? Are you permitted to request a topic?

You can start a topic about anything you like. Like the way you started one about why there's no topic about pets. :)

I think I made an oops. I guess I was talking about forums. You know like they have Sports, Fitness & Health, World News.... I guess that's what I was looking for. Now that I think I stated it clearer. How do you do that?

I think you just did. If the admins read this and agree I'm sure they'll add it. We don't see that many pet threads though so I'm not sure if it's needed at this point.
