At what age do you consider a person to be "Old"?
Some people believe that youth "and life" ends after 30.
Some think its after 40
Others think its after retirement age "which is supposed to be around 65"
At what age do YOU consider a person to be old "and why"

This can be different depending on the individual. I have seen 70 and even some 80 year olds that can still handle a chainsaw with no problem{hard workers}. I've seen some 30 year olds that have all they can do to get off a chair. So to answer your question in my opinion there is no set turning old age.
I also believe this factor is on an individual basis more than an age factor.
Generally, the opinion of what old age is, seems to be determined more by the observers age.
i agree with dan and mad dog. i believe it is when you can no longer do the things you should be able to do. or you start thinking like an old person. such as , oh no i need more insurance for this. or i better not do that, i'll get hurt.
some time ago someone my age would have been considered an "elder" for the fact i have survived to the age of 41. although age should not make someone an "elder".
also, i believe i became an old fart when the younger ladies stopped giving me a secong look. which was about 6 years ago.

Let age be judged not by time lived, instead by maturity level.

When i was a teenager, I thought 40 was old. Now that I'm in my forties, I think 75 plus is old. If I live to be 75, I'll think 100 is old. I guess it's all relative.
My grandma lived to be almost 90, was a schoolteacher, ran a farm, read books, did housework and chores, and could account for every dime right up to the day she died. Hopefully I'll be as fortunate.

Old is fifteen years older than the observer's age. I am 63 so to me 78 is old. Next year 79 will be old.

When I was younger (40's) I was older because I abused my body and mind and was ready for the graveyard but as a matter of survival I learned to moderate my extreme emotions and how to live and work with people instead of against them. Also I learned that the things I did and ate were killing me so I did a make over and at nearlly 65 I am stronger and healther than I was at 40.
I know a man who is 92 and he had wisdom of the ages when he was 35 and he still has wisdom. When I see him, he gives me a great big smile and friendly hello. When I see him, I feel very good about myself and the world.

Age may also have to do with what type of group you hang with. hang with a group of people that are blah blah and not interesting and this will effect you. Hang with a group that has a good out look doesn't mind a little exercise and this could be a good thing. Of course there are 100's of things that come into play but age is a mindset.
Frogger does this mean you'll never grow old :)

Quicherbitchin' and have your midlife crisis already. There's a Corvette and a twenty-three year old girl out there with your name on it. And when you are done with her, send her my way.

Old like beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. There are 20something men who ask me out and old farts (as ancient as Frogger) who think I'm an old bird.
Personally, I could care less. If we can converse on the same level and you're not sucking your thumb (as Frogger likes to do) - you're not too old.
(Whisper) Let's see how Frogger responds. I can guess how!!!!

Age is a state of mind, it's just a number. I don't know why so many people get hung up on someone's age.

I would not marry someone 20 years younger than I because she would be naturally attracted to younger males and I could not expect a happy life except to have that beautiful young body next to mine.
I would not marry someone 20 years older than me because I could not love her.
My wife is 4 years older than I but at 69 she is in great physical health and has a great figure. I find her sexy, romatic and the best person I could ask for.

No, it's just that pagan women tend to be able to do that, attract younger men.
