What are your thoughts on programs like Jammx (jammxkidz.com) for helping kids get more active? I dont know about you but I think people have become way too sendintary by just sitting around, it's not healthy. If more kids were like these jammxkidz I don't think there would be as many health issues in the US.

I caught the jammx kids on warner brothers TV this past sunday. it was ok. my family enjoyed it. I think I might get the DVD they have coming out. I dont' know. we'll see when I am in target on tuesday and if i have the extra dollars to spend.

Yeah they are a bit new I think. Hopefully their positive message will spread. Things are starting to get really ugly in popular music.

jammx released a dvd recently right? i noticed from the info on their website. But thats cool. Ill have to get the dvd for me and my little sister so we can learn some these awesome dances. cool link
