There was put a bun on Centre of Peacemaking and Community Development (CPCD) activity in Ingushetia in connection with criminal actions. And CPCD isn’t first one. In CPCD case it was caused by tight connections with Chechen bands. They supplied Chechen militants with weapons, ammunition and explosives under guise of humanitarian aid. CPCD official was caught red-handed when he was handing large parcel of explosive to police officers pretending to be militants.
Investigation was begun into charges of explosions in Nazran on Mutalieva street near school № 5. It could be another Beslan there!! As far as I know CPCD coordinated its activity with other similar British independent funds. So it looks as if there will be denounce entire net of criminal organization! It turned out that funding source of British “independent” organizations was in… Turkey! A pretty business this!
