I need someones help. I do not have time to go to the gym but I do have time to exercise. Sometimes I would like to ask questions about what to eat and how much but because of my strange hours and short on cash the only thing I can do is go online. A woman at work recommended this site (http://slim.com/go/g758529-pct) and I was wondering if anyone here has tried this or something like it.

Well a good way to lose somr wieght is walking, this moves your whole body and gets the heart pumping. Now if your trying to turn the fat to musle and you want a very low impact time saving excisce, this is what you do.
Breath in and hold, at the same time flex your abs for 30 sec. Do this 5 times a day for a week, then do it 10 times a
day. A low fat diet helps, more vegies, fish, chicken. also find some steamed recipes they hold the vitamins better than fri, broiling, or baking.
And remenbier diet and low fat snack foods arn't for dieting there for cheating on your diet
