As an aside, I find it fascinating that so many fundy Christians consider Jews to be "a deceived people" (if I may quote JereJere) but at the same time are passionate about defending Israel. They're basically willing to use the Jews because they think it will get them to heaven.

It must be God's Will that there be no Robertson theme park in the holy land.

No doubt Robertson will now claim God's it is vengeance on Israel for snubbing him, the next time something bad happens there.

These people are armageddonists. They want the world to be destroyed because they think they will be one of the "lucky" 144,000 souls to be saved while everyone else is slaughtered for fun. Zionists and "christians" who look forwards to the end of the world are a bunch of crazy fucks that should be avoided at all costs.
Unfortunatly its turning out to be a self-fulfilling prophecy. As israel defiantly commits atrocities on the palistinians and inflames the region the chances of a nuke going off and WW4 (via nuclear volleys) breaking out is ever more plausible.

Doesn't appear that Iran is just asking to be attacked so they can display their nuclear prowess?

From the article:
"The decision, announced Wednesday by Israeli officials, does not affect other Christian groups that also consider it their spiritual duty to support Israel as fulfillment of biblical prophecy."
Imagine that...

Robertson now says he's sorry. After a week. After he gets cut out of the deal. Very sincere, I'm sure.

He probably got hit with lightning or something. That would be sweet.
