Did you ever here of James Tobin? He was George Bush's New England Campaign Chairman. He was also convicted this month for felony telephone harrassment for his plot to jam the get out the vote telephone effort of Democrats in the 2004 election. The Republican National Committee is paying his legal bills.

If the media was really all that liberal, I would think this would have been all over the front pages.

I have read about the case in my local papers, one liberal (New York Newsday) and one conservative (New York Post). I don't think there has been an effort to hide the story. I just think it wasn't interesting enough to most people.

My general point is that if the media were out to get the Bush Administration, it hardly makes sense to almost ignore a high campaign official who is committing felonies in order to win the Presidential election. I would have expected this story to be trumpeted far and wide if the "liberal media" really existed and were conspiring to make the Bush administration look bad.
President Bush didn't have anything to do with what the guy in BFE did .........that would be a stretch for even the media ....to try to connect the two ......*L*.

He was George Bush's New England Campaign Chairman. Fucking Christ man. You are in such denial of reality...learn how to read and reason. Perhaps you should go back to 6th grade and learn how...

It was a mino story compared to the massive voter fraud that took place in other parts of the country.
Not every story, be it pro-Bush or anti-Bush has news legs.
