What movies have been seen lately?

Today we went to see "The Hunted", featuring Tommy Lee Jones. Worth seeing. Maybe 2.5--3 stars.

The last movie I went out to see was "John Mac Cabe", an "anti-western" by John Altman, released in 1970, with (then young) Warren Beatty. Great movie - the music by Leonard Cohen was nice too.

"The Pianist" (Trying to catch up for the Oscars):

I'm a patient movie watcher and I found this film slow. The second half of the movie really drug out. I might just be tired of Holocaust movies too.

Still. Good acting, decent script, and certainly not a stupid movie. I give it a 6/10.

last movie? that was "Lord of The Rings" on DVD.. i really did NOT like that move.. tolkein great and all but.. that movie was just too much on decriptivness and a lot less substance... i think they just should have left it on the page... it was a great book but a horible movie
