Just to start off... from the skewed perspective it seems that bush's numbers have rebounded a bit.... he's "up" to 42%...

But then you take a look at the survey... and you'll find some interesting stats,
Once again, they skew the sample. 1% no response 8% independent 47% democrat and 44% republican overall. it breaks down into strong, or moderate. 18% strongly republican, 26% moderate, 20% strongly democrat, 27% moderate.
17% of the sample is unemployed, 13% only part time employed.
So 3% more dems were sampled than republicans, that might be worth "fixing" right there.
17% of the sample is unemployed. Is that representative of the nations unemployment rate? Coincidentally enough, 55% of the sample disapprove of the way bush is handling the economy.
64% complain the country is on the wrong track. 47% plus 17% equals....
