I'm a guitar player...and it is my belief that every guitar player must own at least 20 different guitars before they die...I started my collection with a piece of s--t Epiphone...which I have no pic of. Then I bought a Johnson (Fender rip-off), I have no pic of this either. Then I bought an acoustic, pearl white, Fender Squire. I ordered today this beautiful baby...(I've already named her Blacky)

Nice looking axe. I don't have a working scanner, so I can't show off any of mine. I suspect I've had at least 20 guitars pass through my hands in the years that I've been playing. I was given my first guitar in 1957, and started lessons in 1959. I prefer Gibson's myself, both acoustic & electric. I've had Martins, Fenders, Epiphones, a Silvertone, and even Ovation. I've settled on the ones I own now as keepers.

Well, my beauty finally came in...and I love it...my first 1000$+ guitar, it's just so perfect. Now for a new amp. :)

Ahhh.....the feeling of a good axe in your hands. An amp? Plenty of choices. Peavy does pretty well, and is budget priced. Hit any used equipment stores. I once found a really fine Twin Reverb for nearly pennies.
Last guitar I bought was nearly $2K. That one is a Guild JF-55 12 string. Beautiful instrument...jumbo body, rosewood back & sides, Englemann spruce top, ebony neck, abalone inlays. I had a Martin thinline pickup installed under the saddle, has an onboard preamp and put the 1/4" jack in place of the strap peg at the base of the guitar.
