is this forum always dead?

i have only been here a couple days but other forums i have been to people post all the time

Our "up" time is about 5 PM EST onward to about 7, some trickle in throughout the day. I usually come in about 2:30 EST, but we had a TV repairman here and I needed to deal with him. At least my TV's fixed now! :)

One thing, though, in case you haven't noticed, the Political Debates forum is the most popular on the site, even above Chat Central. We are a largely political board; forums like Music simply get shoved aside for the debating.

Is there any other good forums around that you don't have to pay for like off-topic.net?

I don't think so. Sometimes it happens boards get slow. I think this is a real cool website. Everyone seems very friendly here, with an exception of one member here. :rolleyes: Anyway, hope your day is going good.
