Regular practicing of yoga makes the body so slim. Though the body becomes slim, it will have sufficient strength.

Disease free body is possible if we have a regular yoga
practice. There are specific yoga exercises that do good to have a slim body.

If learned through some expert guru it will have desired result.

actually i will hardly get around 15 mins per day for my excercise. is it enough to practice yoga for 15 minutes?
