That doesn't sound good. Does your PC boot and is useable? You can try to boot in safe mode & then uninstall any offending software

Also do a virus scan. That's the type of cryptic message one could get in the wake of a virus.

If your PC is still working fine then I would ignore it - the .dll message makes it sound like one of your applications is corrupted, but the rest of the PC should work fine.

If its windows 98, I would suggesting going to start >> run >> msconfig >> ok. Then go to the startup tab, and try disabling programs that may be running at startup that don't need to be, and which one is probably causing the error :)
