I am aghast at the free-spending ways of the Bush administration. It's completely insane. What's worse is that he's set a precedent now - have a natural disaster? The government will give you free cash and build you a new house! Why bother with insurance?

And come 2008 the Republican nominee will use the term "tax and spend" to describe the Democrat about 50 times per day, as if that's even slightly accurate anymore.
