An excellant idea.

Personally I think people should be able to have duels. Of course there should be officials and paperworks so its not done on a whim or open as a murder defense. However if people wish to engage into violence with each other you may as well let them lest others be dragged in with them.

On this peice however its not so much about structured violence as the ability to release tensions.
