WMD FOUND IN IRAQ

The media is fond of reminding us that no Weapons of Mass Destruction were ever found in Iraq. This has been the clarion call of the Democrats for a couple of years now. However, did you know that WMD were found in Iraq? Not just a couple...but lots of them. A mother who lost her son in Iraq was interviewed on Fox News had this to say: "I have seen photos of entire fighter jets buried in the sand. I have seen pictures of entire caches of weapons that just my son's unit would uncover." I wonder why we never hear much about that one? Here's also a nice little list of what was found:

-500 tons...that's right...TONS...make that 1million pounds of yellow cake uranium. It was found at Saddam's nuclear weapons facility (yup...he had one of those too.)

-1.8 tons of partially enriched uranium found at the same place. You know, the stuff you need to make nukes.

-Hidden centrifuge parts and blueprints.

-Two dozen artillery shells loaded with Sarin and mustard gas.

Sounds like WMD to me!

They have emphatically stated , in April of this year, that there are NOT any wmds in Iraq.

I'd be curious as to the source of that info, gmsisko. If this story is true, I think you really have something this time.

Sounds very incriminating.

Just provide a bit of substantiation [a news report, a report of the findings of someone in the know, some info about what is being done with the yellowcake, etc] for the finding of the 500 tons of yellowcake uranium, and you will have made a case.

it is quite funny that people will believe the CIA when it fits their agenda. Tell us more of the great things the CIA has done and how right they have been freethinker. My guess is that besides their no WMD findings, you dont have much respect for them or their intel. It comes of as quite disingenuous to do nothing but attack something except for the times you need something they said to prove your point.

I despise their policies. I despise their very existence.

I despise how they're used, to clandestinely advance the imperialist agenda of the US Corporate State.

I believe that they often MISUSE and ABUSE the info that they DO possess.

But I have NEVER doubted in the slightest that they --the CIA-- know exactly what is going on in the world.

Furthermore, there is ZERO reason in this situation for them to say there are NO wmds in Iraq if there are wmds in Iraq. The current administration would like nothing better than for the CIA to be able to proclaim to the world that they FOUND wmds in Iraq. But they did not.

It was no doubt a VERY bitter pill for them to swallow, to have to report that NO wmds were found.

There can be no doubt whatsoever that if the CIA had to grudgingly admit that there were no wmds in Iraq, that it is the case that there ARE NO wmds.

this brings up another point. why didnt the administration, as crooked and lying and cheating as it is, just plant some WMD's for us to "find"? as long as that question is hanging out there unanswered, the "bush lied about WMD's" crowd will never be taken seriously.

DOnt you see, you want us to beleive that the Bush admin is so evil, and so twisted taht they would lie to get us into a war, and all that you attach to that, yet somehow they are just not capable of buryign some WMD's in the sand somewhere.

I have been amazed by that for a long time, and have pondered it for many hours.

I cannot understand why a group as despicable and thoroughly corrupt and deceitful as the Bushites didn't just fake the WMDs existence............?!?!?!?!

The only rationale i can come up with is that they feared getting caught doing it, that it would have involved the complicity of too many individuals and news of the deceit would leak out.

Could it be that the Bush Admin. is not corrupt??

Sounds like WMD to me! It's rather curious that the President and his administration hasn't said anything about this... especially considering that he's staked his entire presidency on the war in Iraq and his claims about WMDs. I suspect he'd want these findings to be known, yet he continues to say that the intelligence he got was incorrect.

And then there's the point that the CIA themselves claimed that there were no WMDs. All of this leads me to question your claims and sources.

Sounds like WMD to me! Sounds like complete and total bullcorn to me. Please quote some sort of source when you cite whoppers like that.
