The MTV VMA's this year sucked. In past years I've enjoyed the performances, and the host. But, "Diddy" or "P-Diddy" was retarded and made the show horrible. He was full of himself, his money and him being "friends" with everyone. The only performances that were good was Green Day and The Killers. All the others had too loud of a background to actually hear the words of the singer/rapper. There were basically no jokes, and everything seemed a mess and didn't flow correctly. Like the performances seemed un-organized and the people presenting the awards weren't funny and were very boring. Plus, no one came to the VMA's in anything shocking and nothing shocking happened. All in all, BORING.

I was however, pleased that Kelly Clarckson, Missy Elliot, and The Killers won awards...I mostly just watched to see who would win...

Anyway, I hope next year they get a better host, go back to New York, and actually have some substance.

I knew it would suck when I seen that Diddy was hosting....he was horrible as a presenter at the Oscars.

I've never had much interest in the VMA's to begin with...

It's nothing like the very awseome MTV Movie awards.

True. VMA's are crappy. I like the movie awards...Jimmy Fallon is like the ultimate host for that shit..him or Chris Rock...hehehe

Nah, they can keep Fallon. Give me Rock anyday.

Fallon's awesome, though. But yeah, I guess Rock is funnier.

I'll also take Rock over Fallon. I didn't think too much of him when he was on SNL either.

I actually thought he was decent as a supporting member (when Ferrel was still the man)...but then they tried to make him the it boy..and I just dont think he was the best choice.

Seriously, what's so funny about Will Ferrell? I can't see the funny in him...ok fine so maybe he was funny on SNL but his other projects SUCK. Especially Anchorman...

I'll agree that Ferrel lost some of his luster once he left SNL, but he's had a few good runs in movies...Old School NOT being one of them.

He's made a couple of great films sense leaving SNL - Old School included. Elf was a great family flick....and Kicking and Screaming was terrific as well.

I fell asleep 3 times during Old School.....now I'm a man who loves stupid humor, but can anyone explain this movie?

I thought it was hilarious...Vince Vaughn especially.

Zoolander- it has its qualities ;)
Night at the Roxbury- meh
Bewitched- crap
Elf- excellent family comedy
Old School- raved about, but i didn't even crack a smirk...what was so funny about this movie?
Kicking and Screaming- mediocre but still provides entertainment
Anchorman- had alot of funny parts, the premise of his character were just plain funny, but it was not his character that made the movie shine *cough cough Brick cough*

He has had tons of cameos in alot of films (such as his one in Starsky and Hutch that was the only good part of the movie) that were small but definitely memorable parts.

How in the HELL was Anchorman funny!!??!!

I liked Old School

If you don't like Night at the Roxbury, you should BURN

You don't like the obviously superior (both critically and financially) Anchorman which was uproarious at some parts, in favor of the quick, cheap effort called 'Night at the Roxbury' that was based off a Saturday Night Live skit.
Also, i do not think any case can be presented to explain why someone would laugh at Old School aside from lack of an intelligent sense of humor, that was two hours of pain and stupidity.

Elf was his best movie, Night at the Roxbury is a close second...and Ev is right, Brick stole Anchorman:)
