Which country do you think will win this time?
Probably going to be Argentina.

I'm a huge fan of Argentina, but Brazil has a great chance to repeat. Ronaldinho is the best player in the world.

The only time a South American nation has won in Europe was Brasil, in Sweden in 1958. Similarly, no European nation has won a World Cup outside Europe. Brasil and Argentina certainly have the strongest squads, but Italy, Netherlands and France should also be contenders.
And, of course, even though they are not particularly impressive we cannot write off ze Germanz. They are at home, and they are better than they were in 2002, when a weak German side still reached the final.
Other hopefuls like Portugal, Spain and England can probably be ruled out. Portugal need goalscorers and Spain have a permanent drought of world class midfilders, while England have no good left-sided players plus all English goalkeepers are useless.
Dark horses? Maybe Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine. There is always a couple of surprise teams, maybe one of the Arab countries could shock a few people.
As for the 'contest' between the supporters, if England, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and Netherlands qualify these fans - plus the Arab and German hools and the no-nonsense German police - could make it the most hard-fought 'alternative World Cup' in history.

Possible, but it sounds strange :)
