Any Contender fans out there? My friends and I bought tickets to see the Mora v. Manfredo rematch at the Staples Center Oct. 15. My friends want to put money down on Manfredo... saying he has too much to lose by this fight so he's going all out. I say put the money on Mora.... He's the overall better fighter (by winning the title the first time). Plus he's from LA! Woot woot! Anyone have thoughts? Who's going to the match?

Peter Manfredo wins hands down....then again, Mora shocked me once before.

Manfredo - He may have lost twice during the series but he still could knock 6 lumps of shit out of the other fool.

However Mora does have a lot more speed and a hell of a lot more stamina as shown in the final.

But overall i would back Manfredo to wanna beat him down for the frankly embarrasing performance he gave at the final.

btw, thanks for the heads up as i wasn't even aware there was a rematch happening though it was obvious they needed one.

I feel really bad for that show. I thought it was great tv....and it had to be overshaddoed by the suicide of one of its contestants.
