Maybe the Russians need to examine the state of their navy. It took the UK flying in a rescue team to rescue the Russian sub trapped on the sea bed.

At least this time they did call for help. Last time they did not and 181 aboard died because it was too late.

I found the ops (with China) which they are going to do later this month interesting if not a bit disconcerting. Since when have China and Russia not hated each other...?
