Did your sister (the proffesional Webdesigner) design that website too?

Yeah, really. The way text keeps getting hidden behind images...it's uncanny.

O, yes, but of course, my sister designed this web site too. She is a very good real estate agent and if you don't have your own house you can choose one from the site. Web design is her hobby and she likes to make web sites from time to time. Why don't you have your own web site? You can write my sister and she can make a very good site for you.
lol whilst id love to buy a house abroad i dont quite have a spare 100k so its probably not going to happen.
As for the website thing, Im currently studying a 2 year course in Web Design (3 weeks in to it at the moment) and www.makemeadj.com is what i can do without any "real" experience, just fiddiling with the programs. I think its an attrative site that does what it needs to do whilst also creating a brand image. The problem Im having with your sisters efforts is that it looks like some pre generated template giving away by ISP's when your average home user doesnt know how to create a webpage. Id advise your sister to take a course in webdesign if she is honestly taking clients.

Way too orange and not easily navigated, but not bad. It almost validates (http://validator.w3.org), too, but for the fact that you're lacking alts for your imgs here and there. Good job.

Yeh i agree, the colour was simply based on the fact that our flyers, banners and other merch were that colour. As for the W3C compliance I didnt even bother checking it when i did the website.
Im hoping in a year or so this will all come naturally and i will show a new and hopefully more proffesional website.
