Its Indie Prog rock and we played them religiously on our radio station, which has led me to hate it.

Futureheads, The Killers, Kaiser Cheifs, Bloc Party etc are all starting to grate on me now.

I like them quite a bit, although I can see why they can be annoying to some. I'm a long time removed from my college "Indie Rock" days, plus I live in Japan (we don't get the same exposure to new "Western" music), so I haven't been saturated with The Killers. In fact, I've never even heard of them until I was back in the US for a month on business last March. I enjoy their music, though. But if The Killers were played constantly on the radio, I'd get pretty tired of them, too.

They're not bad. I'm not quite sold on them, but they're not shitty sounding like some modern bands. I'm trying to be open-minded about them, but they sound fairly typical, but not so typical that they annoy me. Yet.

I seen that they are up for some kind of new artist award somewhere, but I've never heard their music.

I loved them when they first cameout.....I dug the songs Somebody out there and Mr. Brightside but with radios over playing songs over and over. Their a bit tiresome.

At least there album has all good songs than just buying an album for 15 bucks for only 1 or 2 songs. With this one ya get your monies worth.

If they come out with something new....a new album perhaps I'll listen to them again. Right now just tired of the same songs.

The Killers are ok...not good, not bad, just ok. There are quite a few bands that have a similiar style but do it much better.

If you are a fan of the dance-punk genre, I would strongly recommend Hot Hot Heat's first album "Make Up the Breakdown"and Q and Not U's latest album "Power".

There has been so much hype of this band, so i go to listen to them and my opinion is....

more of the same...

but i guess that's why they are so accepted...

I was really expecting something new and big.... i was disappointed.
