Too, not too far from Searchlight, Nev. there is another naval station, one devoted entirely to national security. It is in the middle of the Upper Mohave. There are also naval bases at Lamoore and China Lake in California, both desert areas.

I first want to point out that this is only for humanity. Also it gets funding through a system that I created. That uses capitalism but not overly inflating prices for something that shouldn't have a price tag on it. I cannot say really it is non-profit. For the way of thinking is instead of protesting the endangerment of the rainforest, buy the rainforest. The idea is to build a city somewhere anywhere. Where there is education and industry.
