im struggling with bipolar depression and anixty
im 52 years old ,,,, seperated from husband , but good friends with him yet! i love to:bike: :bike: :bike: :bike: Ride my bike in the bike trails ,,which is only one block from here ,,,
im learning to eat tofu alot ,,and not meat as much !
pretty good once you know what to do with it!:eek:
some people go eek:eek: :eek: tofu ,, yukky ,, i used to to lol
now i love it! you can fry it in stips like french fries ,use barbeq sauce or sweet and sour sauce! its very yummy then ,, you have to season it up tho,, cause its bland to start out with !
i tend to write long ,,,hope you dont mind , lol i love stuffed animals to,, have 500 of them!:p i collect small stones to polish also you saying stones?:confused: yep ! but there nice ones
