That's not an image, it's a link to what is probably a php script, the forum can't handle those as images. Try right clicking on the image and looking at either the view image or in firefox(not sure about IE, don't use it anymore) you can copy the image's location.

Secondly, you can disregard all that has been said above unless needed for future notice... anyways, you're linking to your inbox which not a single one of us can access. Save the picture and try uploading it, if that is working again...

i save dthatimage and then try to attach that file, but it said that not .gif or .jpg

At the moment you can't upload the image to the boards because they don't recognize the files for some reason. Your link isn't working because you linked to an image in your e-mail inbox which is not accessible by anyone else. At the moment the only way to post an image is to host the image on another site (there are sites that will let you do that for free) and then post a link to the image here. Sorry about that. :(
