So this guy, Steve Caruso, calls this disease-ridden vermin Robert Sanford a scumbag, and now he must pay a $1000 fine for contempt.
This Sanford, who is 59 & probably a career criminal, was accused of carjacking another guy at gunpoint and kidnapping him.
And Caruso, a prospective juror, called Sanford a scumbag.
This judge said there's no place in the courtroom for such "insulting and demeaning invective."
Well, there's plenty of room for it here, Judge Nutsac!
Did Caruso attack the guy or harm a hair on his worthless head?
No.
Did he throw something at the guy? No.
Did he use a particularly dirty name? No.
It's probably the nicest, most polite thing you could say about a carjacker-kidnapper who, by the way, was convicted. I'll bet the asshole's victim felt pretty demeaned.
Maybe Caruso should have called him the "alleged" scumbag.
How about "scumbag of interest?"
If you can't refer to a wretch like this as a scumbag, who is one?
Save your wrath for Sanford's sentencing, you bloviating blowhard! At least contempt beats being beneath contempt, like you and the scumbag. He's a terrorist and you don't coddle creatures like this. He will slit your throat for a penny. That's the whole trouble with the legal system: Too many soft-baked pussies like this clown are running the show. And he simply doesn't live in the real world. His world is the courtroom, the only place where he has any real control. And if anyone deviales from his script, there'll be hell to pay. What a beanbag.
Wetzel, if you're reading this I dare you to find me and punish me.
I'll even give you my name. It's Johnnie Roberts. Hahaha.
