Yea..I know :(

But I have a very old friend that pretty much on his last leg (if you know what I mean) that says he would like one...."why I don't know". He's from the WWII era and seems to be fasinated with these type of things. His mind is going and he seems to struggle with remembering things in detail, but he says he would like to have one for whatever reason. Therefore I thought it would be nice to find him one. ( He shows me a photo similar to the one posted above and says he wants one of those hats). :@@:

There are a lot of very knowledgable people here on this forum that would know where to find these type of things rather easily, and I thought that maybe someone here would be able to point me in the right direction.

if not..then I guess there's always eBay :p

I found it. The name I was looking for is called a bimiini cap..
