A man on the third floor at a construction site needs his friend below to hand him a handsaw from the first floor. Due to the loud noise all around, he decides to tell him in sign language. He points at his eye to mean, "I", points at his knee to mean "needs." and then moved his hand around in a circular motion like a handsaw.

The man on the 1st floor nods his head, pulls down his pants, and starts masturbating.
