I believe these are the keys to health

-An organic (preferably vegetarian) diet without lard, processed food, and things we can't pronounce.

-Regular exercise

-No over-the-counter medication, everything that you need can be grown (read, The Garden of Eden, it is a wonderful book on herbs and overall health written in the 1800's)

-A smart docter that knows nutrition

-A happy outlook on life

-Some form of spirituality

-No anti-depressents etc. (sorry Brooke)

-Meditation

-Less antibitics

-No shots

-Safe Sex(when you are old enough and preferable married)

-Education(absorb information)

-Energy play(we all have natural energy that we exude and recieve, learn to control it)

-Yoga

-Good Karma

At the moment these are what come to mind.

In general, dead/inactive bacteria or viruses. This is so your body's immune system can, basically, know how to fight those bad boys off in the future. It's certainly preferable to dying from the disease in the future.

Not getting vaccinated is backtracking 200 years in medical science. I'd prefer to live past 40, thank you very much.

Agree with you on many points, but, speaking as a parent, I bless with all my heart Dr. Alexander Fleming, who discovered penicillin. Sure helped my kids out a lot with various earaches and other nasty things--of course, like the good doctor warned agaisnt back in the day, they CAN be overused! We should all be careful with this and not abuse these things

They're only useless because everyone else is vaccinated. If they weren't you'd be picking up some nice diseases.

Herbs cure all things, but I understand your point. Since most ppl don't use herbs and take normal drugs that advice is good.

One reason why I put herbs down is b/c of religious beliefs.

By the way, vaccinations aren't "full of chemicals." They're full of weakened or dead bacteria or viruses. Besides which, you're full of chemicals anyway...all your hormones are chemicals, as are various portions of your cells.

Actually there are herbs that cure cancer, AIDS, and the common cold. I wish I could look them up for you, but I've packed up all my medical books already.(I'm moving in 2 weeks)

According to you we have "clear as day" the means to eliminate cancer, aids and the common cold with simply herbal mixtures and yet we dont because???

No, I guarantee you. Regardless of any government conspiracies, if the pharmaceutical companies knew of any herbs that do legitimately cure those diseases, they would be all over that like white on Michael Jackson.

South America, in the deep rainforests a plant was found that scientists were almost certain could cure cancer(or was it AIDS, I don't quite remember, but that fact doesn't matter much) but it only grew in that specific habitat, small section of the rainforest and... it was clearcut. God I love rampaging corporations.
