Maybe I'm paranoid, but losing 3 games and getting swept at home has met hinking nothing but bad..thank god for the All_Star break so we can regroup....

The problem with them is that the offense is here one day and AWOL the next. They have an above avg. chance of winning the AL Central because of the quality pitching, but I wonder how deep into Oct. they'll go when the bats turn to cold noodles more often than not. Garland & Co. aren't miracle workers. They can only minimize runs, not score them. They're going to crumble under the weight of a limp-wristed roster that just lapses into a coma too frequently. Poor Freddy! What a waste.
Their print ads say "Believe in magic, not magic numbers." Well, about the only magic I've seen from them over the last couple of weeks is sawing a 15-game lead in half.
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But isn't is a shame that rendova posted this on 7/11, and I'm the 1st in six weeks to reply? Note to the Sox: Win the Series! Then maybe people will know you're alive.

Who cares if people hate us and we get no respect, even in our own home town?
I sure don't. The less bandwagon fans, the better.
all I want is a pennant and I'll die a happy person.:o
