uninstalled roxio plat becase of probs and now my dvd and burner not working divers ok tryed reinstalling no good help:confused:

Could you please be a little more specific? Such as, what error messages are you getting, etc. Also include your version of Windows.

- get "regedit", its freeware, you can anything in you regstry delete what your`re never want or need

Regedit comes with Windows, actually. Go to Start> Run and type "regedit"...but back up your Registry before fooling around with it, deleting the wrong thing can seriously screw up your computer.
