well.... i havnt lifted heavy in a lonnngggg time.... but the last time i did i can post.....

Weight-170
Bench-185 Rep-10-12 (Barely 12)
Max-220 Rep-2 (Very weakly)

I have been lifting for 2 years regularly.

Weight: 185
Bench: 5 lbs.
Reps: 1
Max: 10 lbs.

That's my best guess, anyway.

Age: 17
Weight: 200
Bench: 245 lbs
Reps: 8-10
Max: 300

*Edit...it's probably 20-15 pound's less now, I havent lifted since mid march.*
