View Full Version : Read About A Man I Was Proud To Call My Friend.
Not because Paul Anderson was the strongest man that ever lived, but because he had a heart of gold. He made a big impression on me as a young man and changed the life of many young people.
Please take a moment to read about Paul and some of the things he accomplished, may he never be forgotton. He was a great man.

Dan did you know him, personaly? I also thought he was a good person never did meet him though. I noticed they didn't mention is steriod use. I watched a show about him years back and he told of how the steriods caused alot of his health problems. He was trying to put the message out about how these drugs can screw up a person.
Yes, I had quite a few meetings with him. Did not know about the steroid use. Told me his miracle mixture was milk.
I know that there are quite a few stories of him that he said are not true, especially about feats of strength that he did not do.
Although the true feats that he did accomplish were enough, like the time he picked up a whole bleacher full of people. It was hard to imagine that a human had the power that he did.
He was only 5 foot 9 in tall, and weighed over 300 lbs, his thighs were a yard around.
He was one of the kindest people you could ever meet.
