Okay, I got a little bit of a problem. My very close friend has really let her self go this past year. She eats out almost everyday, totally gave up on salad and exercise, and still thinks she is thin. She doesn't think anything is wrong. I mean she wears clothes that are a bit revealing and its kind of gotten to the point where it's embarrassing. I want to help but I don't know what I can do. If you have any tips I would love to hear them.

hello.....some people cant see the forest for the trees....she definitely has a self esteem problem...all you can do as a friend is be there for her...
a friend is someone who understands your past..believes in your future and accepts you for what you are today..
try and find out what is really bothering her, im sure its deeper than anyone realises....you are a great friend to be so concerned, give yourself a pat on the back,,,cheers...

Yeh wtf? Your freind has got larger and is totally happy with the way she is however your not?
Isnt that just you being overally superficial, and insecure about yourself if you feel embaressed for other people.
If she is happy then shouldnt that make you happy?

lol Hey, yeh i got busy and my new job has been about a 1000 times more hectic than HP.
I will be around but just not as often as before.
